Connected product systems

Hardware. Software. Signal.

Ranjit Global explores products where compact electronics and thoughtful software make a physical experience more useful, measurable, and connected.

The technology stack

Designed as one system, not a pile of parts.

Useful connected products depend on the handoff between industrial design, electronics, firmware, software, data, and manufacturing.

Product hardware

Sensors, battery systems, wireless connectivity, enclosure architecture, component selection, and practical prototyping.

Coming Soon / FormFiber
FormFiber technology

Connected apparel built as one system.

FormFiber is being developed to combine fabric stretch sensing, inertial motion data, removable electronics, and Bluetooth in a one-piece suit. Alpha-0.2 focuses on an engineering sample and a live browser dashboard.

The connected system

See the signals behind each movement.

Eight experimental stretch-sensing zones form four left/right pairs. A removable pod at the wearer’s left waist is designed to send stretch and motion readings over Bluetooth. The planned desktop Chrome dashboard will show live values, compare both sides, flag stale data, and export CSV files.

  • Male and female fit concepts; male-fit prototype planned first
  • Eight textile strain zones
  • Six-axis inertial motion sensing
  • Removable Bluetooth electronics pod
01 / SENSE

Textile zones

Eight planned sensing zones measure changes as the suit’s fabric stretches during movement.

02 / MEASURE

Left-waist pod

Removable electronics include a six-axis motion sensor to add acceleration and rotation readings.

03 / CONNECT

Bluetooth link

The prototype is designed to transmit sensor readings to a browser dashboard in desktop Chrome.

04 / EXPLORE

Live comparisons

The planned dashboard will let users inspect left/right responses and export movement data for analysis.

Coming Soon / TITANRESERVE
Stored energy / Wearable assistance

Mechanical energy, ready for the next lift.

TITANRESERVE is a hip-assist exoskeleton concept. A compact motor would preload a contained spring between lifts; a controlled clutch would deliver stored energy to the thigh linkage during approved standing motion. The first milestone is an instrumented bench module, followed by fit and wearable evaluation.

Engineering discipline

The prototype must tell the truth.

We separate appearance concepts, engineering targets, and physically validated results so each decision is made on evidence.

Prototype principles

Build for learning

  • Define what the prototype must prove before fabrication.
  • Measure fit, battery, signal quality, and user friction.
  • Document failure modes instead of hiding them.
  • Freeze specifications only after useful testing.
Product principles

Build for trust

  • Use privacy-preserving defaults.
  • Keep device, account, and personal-data boundaries clear.
  • Avoid medical or performance claims before validation.
  • Design for serviceability and responsible updates.
